How does the 48-hour trial work?
Send a trial inquiry with a real design need. We manually review fit, arrange a needs call and agree a focused scope. We then send a secure trial checkout link, where you provide payment details. The 48 hours start after activation. There is no charge during the trial; cancel before it ends to pay nothing. Otherwise your selected monthly subscription begins. An inquiry alone starts neither the trial nor a subscription.
What does “unlimited requests” mean?
You can add requests to your queue. We work on one, two or three requests at a time depending on your plan. Additional requests wait in the queue; they are not delivered simultaneously. Every plan includes unlimited revisions and the source files for your work.
What kind of work can I request?
Brand identity, website and landing-page design, product design, ad creative, presentations, email and social content, print design and more. Specialist and AI services are also available; we confirm the scope and suitability of each brief before starting. Complex 3D modeling, animated video production and print production are outside the standard subscription scope.
Does turnaround apply to a whole website?
No. Plan turnaround refers to scoped design deliverables and depends on complexity. Larger projects are planned and delivered in smaller pieces, with timing agreed before work begins. The plan timings are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
Can I pause or cancel? What if it isn’t a fit?
You can pause or cancel by contacting our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, with no partial refund for unused days. Our existing 7-day satisfaction guarantee is separate from the 48-hour trial: if we are not the right fit within the first 7 days, contact us for a refund.
